I had an issue where even though I have a new air handler and compressor they still don't cool down my place enough when it's hot outside. Bart spent almost an hour (58 minutes) on the phone with me asking questions about every aspect of my HVAC system - about my air handler, my condenser unit, where they are, copper lines, how they did the install, about my ducts, weathersealing, had me test a few quick things over the phone, etc - this guy left no stone unturned. I've talked to a number of A/C techs in the past and Bart is the most knowledgable I've ever dealt with. He pointed me in the right direction of what I needed to do to fix my problems.
